Common questions
I hit the daily AI limit. What now?
The daily cap is 10 photos and 10 voice logs per user. Manual logging and the barcode scanner are always available with no limit. The cap resets at midnight UTC.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Everything — meals, photos, profile, health data — is permanently erased within 24 hours. There's no undo, and we won't ask twice. If you can't sign in, see delete account for the email request flow.
How do I export my data?
Profile → Tools → Export data. Choose a range, you'll get a CSV.
Is my data shared with anyone?
Meal photos and voice transcripts are sent to OpenAI for AI analysis. Nothing else is shared. Full details on the Privacy page.
Will there be Android version?
Maybe. iOS first; Android depends on whether the experiment succeeds on iOS.
